Drag&drop в Office 2000

На днях одна из клиенток высказала мне свои претензии по поводу того, что в том Office 2000 PRO, который я ей установил, она почему-то не может воспользоваться Drag&Drop

Точнее, когда она открывает окно Open (чтобы выбрать документ для редактирования) в нем она видит как папки, так и документы. Раньше она могда брать документы и перетаскивать их при помощи мыша в папки прямо в этом окне, а сейчас это почему-то не работает, хотя Ctrl+C и Ctrl+V работает как надо.
Может кто-то сталкивался с подобным явлением и знает как это объяснить?
